This policy applies to Trilogy Consulting Au Pty Ltd ("Trilogy", "we", "us"), an environmental, geotechnical and drone survey consultancy based in Adelaide, South Australia. It covers personal information we collect through this website and in the course of providing our services.
We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

In the course of delivering a project, we may also collect information about site owners, occupiers and contacts — including names, contact details and property details — where this is necessary to carry out the work.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and proposals, deliver and administer our services, meet our professional and regulatory obligations, and keep in contact with clients about work we are doing for them.

Some of these providers store data outside Australia. Enquiry form submissions made through this website are processed and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, on servers located in the United States.
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site — which pages are viewed, how long people stay, and which sources bring them here. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects information including your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit.
We use this only in aggregate, to improve the site. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine it with the details you send us through the enquiry form.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them will not affect how this site works.
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. This includes access controls on our systems and restricting access to information to those who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain project records for as long as we need them for the purpose they were collected, and for as long as required under our professional, insurance and statutory obligations. Records that are no longer required are destroyed or de-identified.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. Email admin@trilogyco.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to verify your identity before releasing information, and there are limited circumstances in which we may decline a request — if that happens, we will tell you why.
